Change Mobo to an easier to Update OS System...

Hi,
I installed a thunderbolt ex3 pcie card and it seams to work fine. Since I activated the thunderbolt in my bios, the system do not boot properly. Every three time it comes a forbiden signe after clover. If I reboot without changin anything it will start fine, sometime I have to reboot twice and the it's okay.

Can anyone help me? Thanks verymuch anyway...

Any ideas why it randomly crash after clover screen?

As far as I know, all Z370 should have working NVRAM, so my first guess would be that it's the Aptio fix that you are using. Try looking in /EFI/CLOVER/drivers/UEFI/ to see which Aptio fix you are using. Then try replacing it with one of the other ones.

Please post your EFI.

Your EFI doesn't seem to be ready for Catalina at all and you haven't done any personalization yet, so we can start fresh. Please try using the latest Clover EFI from my Z370 build thread. Link is below in my signature.
 
you mean change your whole EFI folder with mine? I did not do any change because I don't know what to change, everything I need is working fine :) . Maybe it's better like this LOL. What could I change to make it better, or where can I finde out what to change to make it even better?

At the moment, I'm not willing to update to catalina because my setup is working fine. But maybe I need to update because of premiere and after effects. Is it worth it to upgrade now if there is no need?

I'm going to put your efi folder on my setup next week, because I need to leave my hack very soon. And as I know myself, it will take more time than expected ;-)

Just go to my Z370 build thread and download the latest Clover EFI.
Replace your current EFI with the one you download.
Try booting.
