It's gotten a lot further than with your previous EFI.

Please boot in verbose mode and show me where it stops/reboots. You may need to video it and pan to correct frames.

Hmm... Which version of macOS are you trying to run? It's stalling at X86PlatformPlugin. That's related to CPU power management. Please try the attached EFI. You are extremely close to booting.
