Hi
@CaseySJ,
I am sorry for my previous post. I wasn't very clear. I actually understood what you meant when I read an other guide because it was written an other way, so then i got it. Maybe you could add a screenshot in the future for new user like me?
Anyway, thanks a lot for your guide!! I have now my computer running, and I am very happy. It was a bit scary for me to try a hackintosh build but your guide is so well made, it made it totally possible for me to follow.
Now my computer is running (1st try!), Wake/sleep work, all USB work (I mean, they recognize my mouse), no weird things are happening. I didn't tested iCloud, iMessage or similar, because I am not using any of those services. I can't check WiFi/BT because the card isn't connected yet. (I need the adapter to plug it.) But I don't need it now actually.
However, I got a few questions:
- What should I test to see my computer is running properly? Any special things I should check?
- How do I know if the displayed resolution is 4K? (My monitor is 4K.)
- I am using a Vega 64 Sapphire Nitro+. Are the steps in "Vega Fan and Power Control" mandatory? My graphic card is in the PCIe Slot 2 because my fan (Noctua NH-D15) is blocking the way for the PCIe Slot 1.
- How do I know if my fans (both GPU and Case) are running at the good speed?
- I did the whole post-installation process, but some menu in technical info aren't displaying the same
Thanks a lot for your support (and anybody else on this forums). It's really cool!
