Some progress here, looks like the install succeeded : I have all the expected entries in Clover now.Is a different USB patch needed for 10.14.3 or the 10.14.3 supplemental update ?
It seems my installer has the supplemental update already applied, and my keyboard (old apple one) on HS09 or HS10 is inactive once the mojave installer is loaded.
It's working on the HS07 hub though, so not sure it's a big issue.
I've had numerous Phase 2 fails using a SanDisk Ultra Fit 64G usb key, it went a bit further after I switched to a lexar CF card reader and - ironically - a Sandisk CF.
I managed to reach the end of phase 2, and got a KP on the graceful reboot. I can now select 'boot from Mojave' in Clover, but gets KP every time (can't see what happens exactly though). Since I have no recovery partition available I suspect the install was not totally successful.
Need a break now cause I've been battling for hours, but if you guys have some ideas on what I could try next this would be very much appreciated!
Thanks
What I did from here :
- try to 'boot from Mojave' => KP
- boot from Recovery, did the kextcache thing, reboot
- another attempt at booting from Mojave => KP
- shutdown, unplug, plug the AC back
- try to boot from Mojave => KP again
When the panic happens I get a long and really fast dump which prevents me from seeing where it starts. Is there a way to get all that boot data output to a file ? I'm not super familiar with Clover...
Do you think the F6d bios could be the culprit here ? It's still beta after all :/
