trs96,

SUCCESS!!! 98.5% there. Here is where I stand. I am at STEP 7 - Everything done as per the guide. See below my questions. It even boots from the HDD to the Green Clover menu.

F. Once again, add the Custom Clover config.plist (attached below) to your Clover folder after deleting the existing one. (This config.plist has Audio layout-id set to 21. Make sure to use the latest kexts: AppleALC 1.3.5 and Lilu 1.3.3)

Question about the sound. I am not getting sound from the HDMI attached monitor (yes it has speakers) connected with a DP >> HDMI cable. When I was running ElCapitan - without any .kexts (booting from the UNIBEAST EC drive) I had sound from the monitor. If I change the sound settings to the INTERNAL SPEAKER - I do get sound, but even at 100% you can barely hear it. How do I get sound out of the Monitor? The AppleALC and Lily kexts are installed as per your instructions.

Next Question - is it possible to have the system BOOT without stopping on the CLOVER screen? or even if it stops there (maybe 10 seconds) it continues on into the MacOS?

AGAIN... :D MUCH APPRECIATED HELP on this build.

Plug the cable into the other DP ouput on the back panel of your Dell.

Is it possible to have the system BOOT without stopping on the CLOVER screen ?
Yes, just set the screen timeout to 0 and you won't see it. You can use Clover Configurator.

Thanks a lot! Everything is perfect, but there is a black screen from dell logo to Clover screen when booting, I mean it takes about 20 seconds to boot clover. How can I fix it?

@ideasight try - If there is a tick remove it from
Clover Configurator, Boot menu, Debug (near boot drive info on gui)

I have a 7010 SFF (with a GT 710 GPU) running 10.14.3. I have an i7-3770k in the system; yeah, I know it can't overclock, but it's the only 1155 CPU I had sitting around and the temps are totally fine.

I've followed the guide to the letter and everything works great! Sleep, USB 3, etc. etc. all work flawlessly.

However, I'm having a weird issue re: the SSDT I generated for power management.

So, I generated an SSDT via ssdtPRGen.sh (I've also done this with my other hacks, including Ivy Bridge-based hacks, and have never had any problems) and put the resulting SSDT.aml file in my ACPI/patched folder as per usual.

Upon reboot, the system hangs and eventually gives a timeout loading X86PlatformFamily.kext. Removing the SSDT resolves this. I have tried using the Ivy Bridge workaround arguments while generating the SSDT but no luck with those, either; system still hangs and removing the SSDT resolves it.

I am using the config.plist linked in the OP and have not edited it further in any way.

Any ideas?

No idea. You haven't filled out your hardware profile. What kind of hard drive have you installed to ? SSD or HDD ?
https://www.tonymacx86.com/account/account-details For the motherboard section put your PC's form factor along with Dell 7010 or 9010 if you have that instead.

Do you really have the K version of the 3770 ? Is it the i7-3770 instead ?
