Ok, I can confirm that Broadcom Wifi module works on Asrock Z390 Phantom ITX/ac as well! So this board also accepts both CNVi and non-CNVi key-E cards.

Just got my Asrock Z390 Phantom ITX/ac today. I'm so happy that it stills compatible :)

Nice. Have you tested everything and all works? Shutdown was still an issue for me.

Not yet. I'm gonna put my new parts together this weekend. Still missing a few.

Try to use Clover Emulated NVRAM drivers instead of the native ones like for H370, B360 and H310 boards.

Did the Clover Emulated NVRAM drivers solve any audio or restart/shutdown issues on the H370, B360 and H310 boards?

TIA

Little update, I put a RX580 in the system I had the Strix Z390-I, and audio works now! Shutdown and sleep are the only 2 things left

Which brand/model RX580 GPU did you use that fixed the audio issue? Would be helpful to know for a new ASUS TUF Z390M build in the works. TIA

Consider starting an Asrock Z390 Phantom ITX/ac thread. Unlikely this feature is available on Asus, or, Gigabyte motherboards.

I had a Sapphire Nitro+ RX580. Which fixed the audio issue.

It actually works fine on the Asus one, I tested a while ago when I had the mobo available. I'm thinking about getting one for myself, although there was still the shutdown issue that was bothersome.

On B360 I have restart, shutdown, sleep perfectly working.
On this board the issue is iGPU that needs the 3 patches to have iGPU acceleration work BUT those patches dont work in Mojave. No Mojave with iGPU for B360. Native audio works great using Inject No, Arbitrary PCI address etc etc.

On H370 restart, shutdown are working, sleep has issues but iGPU is not an issue, no patches needed. Native audio works great using Inject No, Arbitrary PCI address etc etc

Emulated NVRam can solve restart, shut down and sleep issues not audio, iGPU issues.

Appreciate your insights. The shut down problem caused my H370 system to freeze during installation - had to power down after each install step - very frustrating! Have you tried this fix for audio:

I had a Sapphire Nitro+ RX580. Which fixed the audio issue.
