That's weird, both ethernet ports work perfectly fine for me.
I only have the need for one ethernet port, and I'm using the lower one.

But I'm sitting at my computer right now, just plugged it into the top ethernet port and it took about 5 secs before it was working fine as well. No difference really, but I have things connected via the lower port.

Yeah, using MultiBeast and installing the Atheros kext did the trick!

Is your Graphic Card Sapphire RX 580 working natively with airplay?
I mean do you have airplay icon appear on the menu bar of mac (Turned on or off).

Yes, AirPlay works natively.

As I'm writing this I just sent a video from youtube to play on my living room AppleTV.

HackaShaq, Did u know 4K monitor when connect with DP port can display (5K retina@2560x1440) resolution? I'm done very well from 2017.

I have followed it to there and have managed to get everything up and running (including audio which I'v never been able to get working on any other Hackintosh build!!).

My issue is that once everything is setup a strange graphics issue appears. The mouse animates smoothly but interacting with any menu or window becomes intermittent and laggy. There's no 'trigger' that causes this from what I can tell - it usually starts 1 - 2 hours after a new install.

I can only think it is something to do with the graphics card, however everything I can see tells me that the Sapphire Pulse RX580 (including the 4GB version) should work OOB. I have tried frame buffer options covered in this post and also setup both teh IGFX and graphics acrd to run at the same time (this causes sleep issues...). Everything I am reading tells me that the graphics card should work OOB without teh whatevergreen.kext and Radeoninit flags in Clover.

I am going slightly mad with this, so any assistance would be really welcome!

My hardware is as follows:

• Gigagbyte Z370 Ultra Gaming
• Intel Core i5 8600K
• 32GB of 2400Mhz DDR 4 RAM
• Sapphire Pulse RX580 4GB

As for the mouse lag, are you connecting it via DisplayPort to HDMI?
Always use DisplayPort.

Another thing to check is to ensure you're running at 60Hz and not 30Hz, etc.
But unfortunately since I am not using that exact video card, I can't test anything out on this end to truly assist.
