Same problem here, I updated clover to the last version, copied kext to other and 10.12, downloaded 10.12.4 from Appstore and chose my system drive for installation but when i reboot the "Boot Mac OSX Install" never show, I tried with some different versions of clover and the options is still missing.

Sierra has been available for several months now. Didn't anyone figure out how to solve this issue?

Need more information from those having this problem. Press F2 at Clover boot menu to save preboot.log in /efi/clover/misc then post entire /efi/clover folder minus the 'themes' folder.

Does 'Recovery HD' still boot into Recovery after starting the update?

Edit: I expect it does. Can you boot into El Capitan after starting the update and post the output of

Code:
sudo nvram -p

Edit 2: You could try installing Clover from the installer package , selecting 'Install .rc scripts to target volume' and 'EmuVariable-UEFI-64.efi' in driver selection, reboot, then restart the update process.

I need some help :(
I have tried to update today, but it will not work. I have updated my clover to latest version, I have copied all the kexts to "other" folder, and then I run the installer. When my Hack reboots, there is no "boot mac osx install" to choose from.

-Anyone?
Try old version macOS 10.12.2!
