Try with OsxAptioFix2 instead of OsxAptioFix.

People try with clover 3726. It works perfect. Latest clover versions don't work.

How do we find out what version of Clover we are running?

There's no issues with the latest, worked as it should.

This is so called corestorage. Happens to real Macs as well when they try to encrypt your disk.
Fire up Terminal:
diskutil cs list
(you'll see a scheme of corestorage logical group with long IDs, if you have one. Copy the last long ID then):
diskutil coreStorage revert [paste logical volume ID here]
Thats it.

Hey, deleting that virtual volume is now done thanks to you. :)

Now i load my Good partition through cover but i'm still unable to install the brand new clover to my EFI partition has the setup wizard doesnt show me the EFI drive....

Any help appreciated (once again !) Thanks

At the Clover boot screen, click on the icon that has an "i" with a circle around it. You can also look at your /EFI/EFI/ folder for an install text file.
