Getting stuck on OS X utilities

Hello

I created a USB following Rehabman's guide for creating an OSX USB using clover. For some reason, I keep getting stuck at OS X utilities. Can someone know what the case may be? I have a Dell XPS 15 9530. Thank You

What do you mean "getting stuck"?

When I boot from the usb drive, I first see the Apple logo, then the progress bar moves a little and then it takes me this page

I don't know what to do........I even tries the unibeast method but in that my keyboard does not work.

Your USB was created incorrectly.

and used both GPT and MBR with base binaries using the terminal. I do not know what I am doing wrong...will you have any suggestions? Is there a way if you can create those files and upload it into a zip file? I can download em and copy them to my usb and see if they work?

Use 'createinstallmedia'. Less chance for user error.

I got another problem though. My mouse gets stuck/ freezes and does not move(I hope that's it's the mouse and not the OS). What can I do to resolve it?

Also, where should I install Keats? S/l/e or library/extensions? I am installing El Capitan on a Dell XPS 15 9530 with BCM94352Z Ngff.

I am trying to use my trackpad(Synaptics) and the usb wireless mouse as well. In the guide you said that for 10.11 we need to install Kexts in library/extensions but the next wizard only installs to s/l/e.

In 10.11 you can install to either /S/L/E or /L/E. Your choice.
