MSI R9 270X dual monitor

Hi guys, i've installed Yosemite and, after a few hours of set-up, almost everything works, except for the secondary monitor connected to the R9 270X. It is connected to the HDMI port, while the primary monitor is connected to the DVI port. To properly boot into the setup i had to use the integrated intel hd4600 graphics (i detached the HDMI cable from the video card and plugged into the motherboard HDMI port) and during the installation both the monitor worked, the same for the first boot (with Chameleon). Then i installed Clover and the secondary monitor stopped working. The video card is recognized by the system as "AMD Radeon R9 270X 2048 MB" without installing any kext. Anyone has this problem?

Your fix worked for me but I had video/audio glitches where for just 0.1 second a static bar would blip across my screen and static would come out of my speakers. Any idea why this could be? I have a 270x and my main monitor is 2k plugged up via DisplayPort. My second monitor is plugged up via HDMI. The static also happened when the second was plugged up via DVI too though. Any help is appreciated.
