Yosemite only booting in verbose mode

I have the customac pro build and I am getting this crash message but if I boot in verbose mode it is fine. Any thoughts?

I had that problem as well if I didn't use maxmem=4096 or maxmem=8192. worth a shot.

Does that limit my 32 gigs of RAM down to 4 or 8?

Are you using a GTX970 video card?

This would happen to me. I fixed it by re-installing. I am no pro by any means, by that worked for me!
