I took a photo of my BIOS. Is everything set alright? I can't choose any other device as primary video adapter, PCI-E is the only option available.

Yes, because I am connected with VGA cable when I am using windows. I can try with HDMI now.

Okay so now I tried connecting my monitor with HDMI cable. When I connect it, the display looks kind of blurry, the image isn't sharp. What does this mean?

Here is a screenshot of my graphic card. You can see that the image isn't clear too.

I don't see whole image as you can see in the second photo.

Have you installed the Drivers?? Also try to change the resolutions.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce 240 GT and i am able to reach installer just with the flags "GraphicsEnbaler=Yes PCIRootUID=1 -v".

Try to boot again with the above flags and check and update the status.

Also update which mother board you are using.

I installed the latest drivers and chose the highest resolution (1920x1080).

I tried booting with this and black screen comes on again.

My motherboard is in attachment.

Then no idea on why it showing as blurred. Check your monitor settings like sharpen and all those things.

Try booting with "npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=Yes -f -v"

"npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=Yes -f -v"

"npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1 -x -f -v"

Try each set of above mentioned flags.

And check any of the flags giving anything positively or not.
