Would this Work ? R9 280(7950) Xeon e3 1231 v3 + Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI

Hello Guys I would build a Hackintosh and want to buy a new PC I want to get the most of my Money so I choose this Build:

Im worried about the GPU the R9 280 is a rebranded HD7950. I read about many Fixes that includes the Integraded Intel GPU on many much CPUS like i7 or i5 but the Xeon doesent have a IGPU.

Would my Build work well?

You'll have a better chance at success with the 280X version.
