Will the Dell 15-3521 Laptop work?

Is there anyway I can get it to work? I really want to put Mac on the laptop.

Replace the CPU with an IvyBridge Core i-series.
 
I really don't want to buy and replace the CPU. Is there any other way like kexts to make the graphics work?

No. Buy a laptop with good compatibility.
 
What would happen if I were to install OS X. Turns out I can't do it on the Samsung laptop.

You won't be able to get graphics working well enough to make the laptop useful.

Almost everything will not work correctly. But the big things: no video playback, no gaming capability, random glitches and flashing, web pages not displaying correctly, scrolling slowly, and other graphics artifacts. On top of that, without graphics drivers, it is very slow. If you've ever used Windows in safe-mode, you have an idea of what is like.

It is not worth the effort. Get a computer that is more compatible if you wish to try OS X.
