Pretty sure that is windows only functionality...

I did a little reading-up on the Intel Smart Response Tec and you need to set up the motherboard in RAID mode. As this is a setting other than AHCI in the Gigabyte BIOS I'm pretty certain that scuppers things for us Hackintoshers.

Maybe later BIOS to full UEFI upgrades allow it... ?
