I've assembled a machine with a GTX580 (the other components are the same as your machine) and it works really flawlessy.
I'm writing to thanks you and to tell to ADOBE users that to take advantage of CUDA's engine they must install the last CUDA driver from the NVIDIA SITE and update the Premiere and After Effects "cuda_supported_cards.txt" with their graphics card model.

Be careful: every adobe update you had to re-update the "cuda_supported_cards.txt" files
