This thread refers to an older hack that ran just fine until I used Onyx. Though Onyx has been a reliable tool in the past, this time for some reason it left my machine unable to complete the boot sequence for macOS 10.13.6. The EFI bootloader appears intact and it allowed me to boot into Recovery Mode.
Here is a brief rundown of my system from memory:
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V
RAM: 16GB
Video: Nvidia GTX-1050 Ti
1TB WD-Black HDD booting macOS, three other HDDs booting Windows 10, for data, and one for Time Machine
Clover bootloader
However, TM seems stuck. It reports 45.83 GB restored with 3 hours and 18 minutes remaining. It has been this way for 4 hours without progress. The HDD activity light is steady, flickering occationally.
