Thunderbolt 3 issue with Gigabyte z170x Designare

I have the same problems with my thunderbolt pour when I restart my disk don't mount on my desktop...
Did you have any solution ?

Is your disk connected to the Thunderbolt port and turned on before you start your desktop? Does it work in Windows?
