In my Thunderbolt submenu I have different settings:
Security Level: No Security
Reserved Memory: 256
I also have "Skip PCI OptionRom" in my settings, which I don't see on yours, but that is Enabled. I wonder if "Ignore Thunderbolt OptionRom" on yours is the same thing? I have no idea, so not sure. I would start with turning off the Legacy security setting you have, but again, I am no expert here, just letting you know what I might try.
This is all pretty new territory for me, I just follow guides here and got my system into a place where I'm happy with it so I don't futz with it much.
