upgrades and finally got the bios, I followed the instructions and special in multibeast , and post Making restart take off my black screen with a letter and stuck me. what could be wrong;

Might have to do this

Crashing during game, maybe changing to PCI in bios has helped.


Ran OpenCL bench without crash, that is promising. Only got 607 though.

I went back to F10, got sleep working too. So I will wait on UEFI

same system (GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 Rev 1.3) + Gainward 560Ti (1GB), UEFi ....but no video. I try your EFI settings and some different from UEFi discussions.

10.8 / 10.8.1 installer is loading (grey Apple, spinning circle) and in the moment i should get the welcome screen i have no video signal anymore. The System loads/does something after the video signal goes off (HDD LED respond a few seconds after the blank screen) so i think the system does not freeze. I try the booth DVI and the VGA output, same problem.

-> Graphics enabler flags does not change anything
-> single user works
-> it worked on 10.7
-> it worked with F9 and F10 BIOS and 10.8 /10.8.1 installer
...but not with UEFi

I´ve an i5 without internal graphics (i5-5550k) so i cannot try this way.

Any ideas?
