Enabled iGPU multi-monitor in BIOS. No difference... still graphical weirdness and no arrangement tab (still mirrored only). I pulled out my GTX 950 since its not supported in Mojave. Thanks again.

Yes. That's exactly what I needed.

Please delete the following from your /Library/Extensions/ folder:
AppleALC.kext
IntelMausiEthernet.kext
Lilu.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext
USBInjectAll.kext
WhateverGreen.kext

Then, replace the entire EFI folder on your USB flash drive with the one I have attached here.

Please let me know how things go.

@pastrychef, he might have to booted w/o cache. The kexts in the /L/E/ folder, which he removed, may still be in the macOS cache.
