"Still waiting for root device".
When booting from USB means that there is a problem accessing your USB flash drive.
This is usually because the flash drive is in a USB3 port.
If this is the case move it to a USB2 port, if it is already in a USB2 port move it to another and try again.
Repeat until you have tried all USB ports.
Use a USB2 flash drive.
If it still doesn't work you could try another flash drive.
You might also try enabling Legacy on your USB3 ports in your BIOS settings.
If you only have USB3 ports try with your USB flash drive in a USB2 hub.
Ensure that Fast Boot is not enabled in your BIOS settings.

P1lgrim, i have tried all four usb ports 2x3.0 and 2x2.0 and none have given me a different outcome, i have tried legacy to no help. And i have also tried every usb that i own, about 15 in total and nothing seems to be helping.

I tried that as soon as i made the drive, i have a usb 2.0 hub (4port) plugged in to the only spare usb 3.0 port i noticed it wouldnt work it gave me the stop sign and i swapped it to usb 2.0 and it doesnt work either. Is this one of them things that just aint gonna work at all on an aio, should i just say f**k it and build a new intel system and go from there.

It may be that your USB controllers are not Intel and you would then need an additional kext in order for them to function.

How would i go about finding out if they are intel or not?
Research.

You could always just take a punt and add the GenericUSBXHCI.kext to your USB installer.
