I made the USB, plugged it in to my computer, and the USB would only show up as bootable in the BIOS if it was made in Legacy Mode. The issue is it didn't create an EFI Partition (And i can not Install Clover). Because of this I want to install it as UEFI. Windows already Initialized the Disk because I formatted it as Apple Partition Map, so i can't boot into Sierra again. The install was successful though, and with the help of a little trick (Press the Exit Clover Button, Drops me to some strange EFI Menu, Select Boot Manager or Something like that, EFI USB) with the Legacy Mode USB, and i was successful in getting the Internet Drivers Working.

Perhaps the 'sticky' threads in the Multi-booting forum may help.
The only thing I noticed was that I did everything in Making the USB right. So, my System Specs in more detail in case you want them:

Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10 GHz
8gb of RAM
NVidia GTX 960
The mobo of a Acer Aspire 605 (It was confirmed working in this thread: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/success-acer-aspire-xc-605.169030/ , and by me, as I had installed OS X on it before, just never got the Bootloader working, probably because I installed it with a Legacy USB (It didn't even have an EFI Partition))
I am not planning on Installing the Audio Drivers, as I am going to be using USB Headphones.

I am using a SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 with 64GB of space, partitioned to 16GB because a Video on YT did it like that on a 128GB USB. Is this required or not and does it make it not work?

Sorry, got it working. All you have to do is not partition the USB and use its full capacity. I am currently posting from Sierra.
