Hi,
I've been trying for the last few days to install Sierra 10.12.16 using a boot disk created by Unibeast, and seem to be stuck.
When I boot and hit F12, I get two options for the USB Stick, one called Mac OS X and the other UEFI.
If I boot to Mac OS X with the clean Unibeast 7.1.1 install, I get "Error allocating 0x4c05 pages at ...."
I tried installing OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi as suggested here. After that the following appears and just hangs:
View media item 189440
If I boot to UEFI with the clean Unibeast install, I get just a string of "+++++++++++" and that hangs. After installing OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi and booting to UEFI, I get the same error as above.
I've tried the following things:
Updating Clover post Unibeast install
Installing OsxAptioFix2Drv and OsxAptioFixDrv (not both at once)
Re-did Unibeast on three different drives
Different USB ports
Booting without kext injections
Resetting Clover options
-x and -s tags
I am able to boot to my regular disk through Clover on the USB.
My system is an Ivy Bridge 2012 Custom Mac Pro:
Gigabyte Intel B75 Dual UEFI mATX Motherboard GA-B75M-D3P
Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz
32 GB RAM
Sandisk Extreme 120GB SSD Drive
No additional graphics card
Thanks for any suggestions, happy to provide any additional needed info.
Lev
