[Solved] Stuck at BIOS Logo Screen - until I press delete

Update: I never solved this problem. And through a fluke diagnosed it. It's my Razer mouse. When it's plugged in when booting this problem happens. When it's unplugged during boot, everything works perfectly. Weird. Haven't been able to fix it. But just thought I'd update in case anyone is going out to buy a new MOBO when it's just their mouse

Im thinking the BIOS USB hand off or Legacy setting might be the cause.
