[solved] Started to freeze randomly after few minutes after boot in Mojave

I forgot to tell.. This freeze also happen in high sierra.. the freeze not to often in mojave than high sierra

do you have freezes in windows? always best to check if so, then hardware issue, if not then software issue

No.. never freeze on windows.. i believe its related to software problem.. but i dont know how to find the exact problem..
