[Solved]RX560 4G, Geekbench 4 score drops after playing any videos

Just to confirm @Gabeloooooo - after I enabled IGPU (or enabled whats called multi-monitor support in BIOS) I no longer suffer from the performance degradation / artefacts in video playback.
Im using an MSI Aero RX 560 and running the exact same settings.
Im using iMac 18.2, but I had the same issue with 14.1, 6.1 etc. until I enabled IGPU.

EDIT: Im running a 4K display over DisplayPort.

Can you check how netflix is working on your config?
When i enable IGPU something is wrong with drm and i have green artefacts in video playback.
