No "Problem Reporting" files there either...
But I would recommend OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi in addition to the items in post #4.

Just uploaded my glover. Also, dart=0 and slide=0 set as my boot arguments and it's wasn't booting, however booted when I removed it. Not sure if that is a conicidence. Also, how do I get OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi?

It is available from the Clover installer.
Don't forget to delete OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi from drivers64...
