i am on 10.12.3 used your spoofplist and now it's showing Intel hd 620 4mb . how to fix 4mb memory problem?
I have used vodoo, audio is working now but sound is very very low.
brightness doesn't increase decrease using keys
battery indicator shows cross symbol and battery drains very high + maybe its not even charging.
please help sir

Hello, i have a problem with my laptop running Sierra 10.12.3.
Everything works fine except for the HD620, as you can see from the screenshot it's recognised as unknown 4mb.
Can someone help me? I don't know what to do anymore.

• Graphics: Intel HD 620 + 1366x768
• Bootloader: Clover (UEFI)

So I have IntelHD620 21MB showing in about mac and elsewhere. No Quartz or CE, dock has white background, no Brightness slider in Display, brightness keys not working - nada. I have been tweaking the plist and trying various platform ids etc. for several weeks now, so it may be a tad conflicted, but the machine boots reliably and more or less works, albeit a bit slow and glitchy with the graphics occasionally.

I followed the guide in post1 of this thread except for mucking about with SSDT's as disassembly and reassembly with no changes seemed unnecessary and is advised against elsewhere in this forum.

I can't get the debug tool to run (gen_debug command not found) though it seemed to install ok, so apologies if anything relevant is still missing. I've uploaded zip with clover, ioreg, bootlog, kextcache and terminal output etc manually. Hopefully it is complete enough for someone to understand my problem!

UPDATE - solved

OK, so basically I sorted this using these infos:

which is the clearest explanation I have found re what is currently required for newest versions of macOS and WEG etc.
Cleared out several unnecessary entries in config.plist then used the igfxframe= boot options arg in clover hotpatch to test the various values for HD620 listed in that guide, finally inserting the best one (for me) in Devices>Properties under AAPL,ig-platform-id - remembering to reverse the byte order as explained, to make it permanent. Full QE/CI, brightness slider, scaled resolutions etc. Finally I can get on with using the damn thing!
