[SOLVED] El Capitan not booting after BIOS update

Hello, everyone.
I've updated BIOS for my Asus Z170-A and now El Capitan is not booting. It was working and booting fine just before the update.
I think the last message is 'waiting for root device' just before the screen gets messed up.

Any ideas?

Thanks. I've managed to boot after playing with SATA Hotplug options in BIOS.
