Even my External Display isn't working now, it only shows mouse when I boot up.

If you can't boot, why does this archive have ioreg?
And where is verbose boot photo?
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" carefully.

As for comments on your EFI/Clover:
- SIP is not disabled properly. CsrActiveConfig should be 0x67. You have 0x3.
- config.plist/SMBIOS/Trust should be true. You have false.
- why are all the files marked with the same time/date stamp? (it is not believable). Please use Finder->Compress to create your ZIP, such that file timestamps are preserved.
- drivers64UEFI is not per guide (image provided in guide)
- ACPI is not patched per my guide (my discrete disable guide, for example, does not use M_OF methods..., you should not use the PNOT patch, ...)

I boot into safe mode and follow the new Backlight Guide again and now it works, I will post my zip file after I fix what you reply.

Should I use this guide to discrete Nvidia Graphic? Because there are many things that I can't follow, for example there's no SSDT-7.aml, SSDT-9.aml. Also there are some patches I can't patch

The SSDT names/numbers vary depending on the computer.
You have to go based on content, not names.

What does this mean?

Hello, I finally have time reply. I changed my serial number to a fake and after I add SSDT.aml to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched I won't be able to boot, and I will upload where I stuck at the boot screen. Also I will upload my Clover folder.IMG_20170408_212433.jpg

Your photo of the panic is cropped. Attach photo of entire screen.
