Hi there!
A few months ago I successfully installed Sierra on my Dell Inspiron 5520
Now almost everything works, except EGPU(obvious) and my laptop doesn't go to sleep after closing the lid(it's actually my problem), but it detects lid opening. When I send my laptop to sleep, it can be waked while fall asleep by mouse. If i close the lid while it asleeps, it will not sleep(.
In addition I got little trobles with HD3000(sometimes it gives artifacts and that is not a serious problem)
PC Specs:
CPU:Intel Core i3 2370M 2.4Ghz
Memory: 6GB 1600MGz
GPU: Intel HD 3000(Working) AMD Radeon HD7600M(Not working)
macOS Version: macOS 10.12.6
I tried to drop NVRam, I even found guide for my laptop(but it was with another processor, so the GPU was HD4000)and it's config didn't helped me
