Sierra: Acer Travelmate 5735 series still waiting for root device

I am experiencing the infamous still waiting for root device on my acer travelmate 5735.
Some facts:
Intel Core 2 Duo
4 Gigabytes of RAM
500GB HDD
InsydeH20 Rev.3.5 Bios

Trying to boot from Usb
After the following message:
AppleUSBHostResources@: AppleUSBHostRecources: :allocateDownstreamBusCurrentGated: assuming sucessful wakeUnits 10 sleepingUnits 0

It tells me:
Still waiting for root device
And then everything corrupts
Every few minutes everything goes up one row.

What can I do now ?
