Shuttle XH97V - no Boot

I do have a problem with installation. It stops every time before i get into "choose language". I don't know where it stops, because process "verbose" is very fast.
There is no boot-flag that helped me out; BIOS is configuered like the guide says, but the bios doesn't has the option "cfg-lock".
The same usb-stick with UniBeast 5.1.0 and latest Yosemite from apple (end of April 2015) works without problems at my other system (GA-B75N; have a look at my Profile).

Does anybody has an idea?

What is happening after verbose screen?? Is the system taking reboot or staying with black screen??

Also update the hardware details of the system where you are trying to install OS X now.

Perhaps I have found a issue ... "cfg-lock" isn't available in BIOS, perhaps msr is locked an this causes the problem. I have written Shuttle, perhaps they solve the problem through a new bios, the actual version ist from August 2014 (!), Version 1.02.

Early reboot may be because of the locked MSR 0xE2. Patch the kernel as per below guide and the try to boot with patched kernel in place (If you are using UniBeast USB).
