Hi all ,
I've been trying to follow tonymac's iBoot Haswell method with the aim of acheiving OS X 10.8.5.
I've managed to install Snow Leopard but the ethernet port on my motherboard isn't recognised (under Network in System Preferences no devices are shown), therefore I can't get to the appstore for Mountain Lion.
I've run Multibeast after 10.6.8 combo installer asks to reboot, trying:
but no internet connection. I've also tried safe mode but no joy.
I've searched the forums and it seems that there has been some success with the Z77 Sabertooth board but couldn't find anyone with the Z87 version.
I did download the combo updater from a windows 7 system, would this affect anything?
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem or has any suggestions?
Any help is much appreciated!
