Since "essential kexts" are a subset of "kexts you need", you will often have "essential kexts" in both places.
You really need to read carefully.
The tricky part is that you never mentioned what kexts are considered "essential" so I don't know what kexts to install to /L/E and what kexts I should keep in Clover and even what kexts to keep in both place. Can you be a little bit more specific for my case? Thanks.

"essential" kexts vary depending on hardware.
Typical essential kexts as correlated with hardware are discussed in the guide:

I think I have figured it out. It doesn't related to kexts installation, but kextcache. Everytime it hangs on boot, I boot into recovery, run a kextcache of the volume and it boots again. After I make changes to the kexts it hangs again and I have to repeat the kextcache in recovery to boot again. Do you know if there is a fix for that?

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Please find my latest files in the attached. As I run the kextcache to provide output it hang at the next boot. I have to again go to recovery, run kextcache and boot again. So far the problems are.

1.Hangs at boot, have to manually run kextcache in recovery to be able to boot. Happens again if make changes, have to repeat the process.

2.Trackpad only has single-finger support, no multi fingers gestures. Already uploaded to "troubleshooting" in I2C thread by alex.daou and still waiting for reply.

3.WIFI won't connect after sleep, have to restart. I am using DW1830 M.2 card.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.
Read post #2 of the Clover guide for details:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

I didn't check anything else.

I give up, I have no idea what need to be in L/E, what need to be in Clover and what need to be in both. Can you please upload your Clover folder so I can replicate the kexts in your Clover folder and install the rest to L/E?
Thanks and sorry for my lack of knowledge.

It is covered quite clearly in post #2 of the guide.
Please read it carefully.

Summary:
- *ALL* kexts you need go to /L/E
- some subset of those kext ('essential kexts') go to EFI/Clover/kexts/Other

I have managed to get all the kexts installed to /L/E except AppleALC.kext and FakeSMC.kext. When I install FakeSMC.kext it hangs at boot even when I run kextcache in recovery. Now the problem is still the same and I have to run kextcache in recovery to boot after a while. These are the updated files. Please help. Thanks.

Looking at the kextcache output, your mistake is obvious:
Code:
Kext rejected due to improper filesystem permissions: <OSKext 0x7fa6bf80df00 [0x7fff86386af0]> { URL = "CoreDisplayFixup.kext/ -- file:///Library/Extensions/", ID = "org.vanilla.driver.CoreDisplayFixup" }
CoreDisplayFixup.kext does not authenticate; omitting.

Read FAQ for proper kext installation procedures:
