ioreg shows a laptop with Haswell graphics, but your profile indicates Skylake.

Care to explain?

Need ioreg from the laptop/hack you're working with, not your real Mac.

Post #8 seems to imply you installed OS X already:

there is a dot or a white artefact showing up on the top left of the screen intermittenty maybe every 30 sec...

Please be detailed in your description of the problem.

so I was able to get to the OS X installer when it ends it boots back
I boot from the usb then select the ssd partition where OS X was just installed..
it loads but right before it reaches the welcome setup screen it goes to a black screen..
so I can't finish the setup

Did you complete both phases of installation? (as per guide, you must boot to install_osx twice).

Keep in mind that UHD requires patched IOKIt. You have to boot with a bogus FakeID until you can patch IOKit. See FAQ for details.

I used unibeast I believe you dont need to run the installation twice if you use unibeast...
ill just follow the clover guide without unibeast and see if I can get it to work...

The laptop guide does not use Unibeast.

Make sure you read the FAQ regarding Skylake graphics and UHD issues. Both are very important.

Ok so follow the guide and I am now able to boot up in OS X
4k screen works
touchscreen works
keyboard works
touchpad doesn't work but touchpad buttons work
but now its just reboots randomly usually after a minute into OS X
it also reboots if I rerun the installer from the OS X installer clover USB....
