I've not tried that yet but I was reading around and found someone that was having a similar problem that posted this morning. They said it was a problem with their old graphics card as they have two in their system, same as I do.
So I switched both of my monitors to my newer of the two graphics cards and am testing that out. Things do seem smoother so far but I'll have to see.
Quick update, Unplugging the older of my two video cards and going without seem to have fixed the problem. Interface is not glitchy or stuttering anymore and there has not been a single crash or forced logout since.
My guess it was something to do with the way that the Nvidia graphic drivers interacted with the two different cards and the fact the one was older than the other causing there to be a compatibility issue.
