One question, which UEFI release do you use? Your board is already all the way up to version F17

On top of that, we've informed Gigabyte about some tweaks we're hoping they'll add to their UEFI with regards to USB 3.0 that may, or may not solve the lag that appears after sleep.
It's odd that your card reader doesn't work, as I have a Kingston one and some random OEM brand I got a while back for testing and both works just fine in OS X, alongside three different USB 3.0 pen drives and an external enclosure.
