I have a doubt here..
As i mentioned in post#8. You can use UEFI boot into the CLOVER. From clover you can boot into the legacy windows installation media without enabling the CSM in BIOS as the remaining services are handling by CLOVER.

As you mentioned in post#9, If you want to handle dual boot with windows boot manager instead of CLOVER. No idea on this.

It's pretty easy to chainload, I just create a new entry with EasyBCD which loads the EFI files from the OSX EFI partition which contains the Clover files. But since I can't even install OS X and Windows to the same drive I can't accomplish this..

I think you should concentrate on the issue why you are not able to erase the partion through Disk Utility after installation of windows in the same hard drive's another partition.

See http://www.tonymacx86.com/multi-boo...g-installed-win-8-1-data-other-partition.html for some of the typical problems with what you are attempting.

Also, you might look at nguyenmac's guide for installing on a laptop in the laptop forum - his guide is for Mavericks and Win7, but the basic procedure should work for Yosemite and Win8.
