188000 shows Vega acceleration is working.

MacX video Convertor shows IGPU acceleration is not working. If you are using iMacPro1,1 system definition, IGPU should not be expected to work because iMacPro1,1 does not have IGPU.

You are getting acceleration from the Vega. You are not getting acceleration from the IGPU.

Since iMacPro1,1 doesn't have an IGPU, it should not be expected to work.

I don't know. Maybe they fixed a bug.

Please post your config.plist.
