OSX Lion flash drive

Hello, I am not sure if what I would like to do is possible, any help would be wonderful. I would like to install Lion on a flash drive to allow me to boot any PC into Lion from my flash drive. Please let me know if this can be done.

It can be done on a 16Gb or larger flash drive, but it is very slow as it is restricted to USB transfer speeds.

Create a 16Gb partition on tour OS X drive. Install OS X on that partition. Clone it to the USB. Run Chimera installer or MultiBeast to install Chimera. Done.

For install guides just click on the guides button in the bar at the top of the forum page. Select your version. Install following the instructions.
