These instructions worked perfectly for me. Thank you.

GA-Z77X-UD5H
Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge

Here's the step by step way to update:
:ch: Repair Permissions using the Disk Utility on the drive to be updated;*
:ch: Backup your current installation using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper;
:ch: Use the Software Update to download and install 10.9.3 (recommend using the Combo Update);
:ch: Re-boot;
:ch: Run MultiBeast for Mavericks and just select your audio driver to install and TRIM (if needed);
:ch: Re-boot; and
:ch: Repair Permissions again.*

If you have TRIM enabled, check to see if it was affected by this update.

* You can use the Terminal instead of Disk Utility if you feel comfortable with a UNIX command:
Code:
sudo diskutil repairPermissions /

Web driver now available through NVIDIA driver updater.

Got my GTX660 to work by disabling the on-board Intel graphics completely in BIOS (intel off and PCIe1 as initial graphics). While this works there is still something odd about multi-graphic-card setups. With 10.9.2 I had no issues leaving my Intel graphics on.
thanks, this helped me a lot. after update my dvi port was going off just before login screen... There was Nothing I could do.
Wiith 10.9.2 there hadn't been any need of disabling on board graphics.
After I disabled onboard graphics everything's started working again.

According to Mac Rumors some users are reporting a bug where the /Users folder is hidden for some, can anyone confirm?
