Update...
So as it turns out I was able to fix this problem myself.
The graphics is still very choppy, which is expected as 'hardware acceleration' is not available with this workaround, which I knew reading this post, but I still expected the system to recognize the graphics card and still be able to use my 3 monitor setup.
I changed the flags on boot up:
If you happen to have a similar setup to mine with the 750Ti Graphics Card, then this might work for you too.
- I think it is NV_disable=1 -- turn this one OFF
- Use NVidia Web Drivers Option -- turn this one ON - It's a little confusing, when this option is highlighted it is ticked, but when you move away from the option the tick disappears, but then run the boot with the options, and this seems to have worked for me.
So you can see from the screenshots attached, the About This Mac, it now shows the Graphics Adapter with full memory, and the monitors section shows the identified displays... all three of them.
The only issue I seem to be having is that I cannot use the App Store, probably to do with the Serial Number that is showing, if anyone knows how I can easily change this to use the App Store, that would be really helpful. It's interesting though, I can use Messenger and if I receive a phone call it shows up.
I just hope that Apple and NVidia get things sorted and they release the new version of the Web Drivers, but I am happy for now.
