not boot in & black screen

hello
i make the usb key whit unibeast , after when i reboot whit the key in after 3/4 minutes that apple's logo loop my screen became totally balck and appear : " no signal "

Someone can help me?

ASUS p5q deluxe
intel core 2 2,93 ghz
geforce 9500 gt 1 gb
ddr2 sdram 2gb

Same issue here, with a nVidia 8400gs. I think it is a graphics card issue. Any suggestions?
