Cannot get internal sound to show as an option.

my apologies, i thought this was the correct thread since there are devices, just not the internal speakers. also, because the system report lists internal intel audio devices. this was a working mavericks update to yosemite.

i will repost in there.

What speaker are connected to what port?

Speakers connected to green port/motherboard while playing some music in iTunes. Also tested orange, black and pink ones while playing a 2h video of epic music on Youtube.

1. green
2. orange

Oh my... I just rebooted and when I was going to make a screen capture I heard the sound. Tested with iTunes and Youtube. Worked great. Went into sleep mode and when it woke up, no more sound
