No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

macOS DP/HDMI audio is not native on non native hardware, see AppleHDA HDMI Audio/cloverHDMI

Can't get that working either. I don't see a guide for USB audio devices - should that work straight out the box? Because my USB headset isn't showing up either and I'd settle for just that.
 
What did you doand what happended?

Followed the steps to use the command file and reboot.
My output is the same every time - always says it isn't installed/enabled.
Attached log.

As for USB devices - should they just work? What am I doing wrong there- is it something in my config?

USB 2.0 audio is plug and play.

No pinconfigs
Run the script again, restart
Attach terminal output, new boot log and new IOreg
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, I've been out of the country and unable to get to my computer. Here are the attached files as requested after having ran that script again.
