Had a look in the BIOS now, the HD audio is enabled within the BIOS....Audio codec appears to be disabled in BIOS, verify BIOS/.../HD Audio/Ensabled

DPCIManager/Status shows no codec.the HD audio is enabled within the BIOS....
I don't understand why there isn't any Codec ID...perhaps I haven't installed a codec correctly?DPCIManager/Status shows no codec.
No audio until the codec shows up.

I've had a look to see if there's a reason for the codec not appearing, if I run Clover Config and mount a new EFI I have found the following kexts to be added....seems like there's a lot going on at once?DPCIManager/Status shows no codec.
No audio until the codec shows up.

When there is a codec, 3 patches are required for 1150 onboard audio and 2 parches for HD 4600 HDMI audio.seems like there's a lot going on at once?
So is this evidence to suggest that there is a codec? But it isn't perhaps being recognised? When there is a codec, 3 patches are required for 1150 onboard audio and 2 parches for HD 4600 HDMI audio.
Good news.Do you want the files previously attached to all be updated now?
This is the issue, I removed all existing patches including cloverALC and so now there is only AppleHDA installed. However upon restarting the computer, I have then chosen to follow your guide again from the start so that I have essentially, the template that your guide has set out. I have attached the new files below.Good news.
Conflict results in no audio
See AppleHDA Realtek Audio/Post #1/X. Uninstall AppleHDA Realtek Audio
Remove one method, restart.
If no audio, remove 2nd method, restart
If no audio, install one method, restart
if no audio, reply with new files.
