Only thing I can suggest is to use iMac17,1 SMBIOS. If you google iMac17,1 you will see the last model used GPU and a i7-6700. SMBIOS 18.3 should be used for Kabylake processors, it's in the guide I linked

• 8/9th Gen - Coffee Lake CPU = SysDef: imac19,x
• 7th Gen - Kaby Lake CPU = SysDef: imac18,x
• 6th Gen - SkyLake CPU = SysDef: imac17,x
• 4th Gen - Haswell CPU SysDef: imac14,x or imac15,x
• 3rd Gen - Ivy Bridge CPU SysDef: imac13,x or macmini6,x
• 2nd Gen - Sandy Bridge CPU = SysDef: imac12,x or macmini5,x

My board is Mac-BE088AF8C5EB4FA2 and as you can see there NO BOARD ID THAT MATCH with a 'forceofflinerenderer'. so that look like Board ID I got isn't listed

I've gone over the whole plist here the only board id available.
